I just started watching this show halfway through last season, yes I watched them all in order before picking up on it in the middle.  I absolutely LOVE it.  And growing up around Atlanta, some of the scenes bring back memories just from where they're filmed.  In fact, I used to ride bikes with my cousins around the "town" they're in this season.

I finally got a toon to level 90 in World of Warcraft(WoW) the other day & I've been working on dailies.  That & TWD are the reason this post is late.  Well that & I had to go mail off a package and get some groceries.  I haven't really done anything exciting.  The kiddo was out of school Friday & is off Monday too.  I did get some polishes this weekend that I need to swatch.  I'm hoping my new cuticle pusher gets here soon.  I had to quit using the square metal one from Sally's as it was making my nails peel & the orangewood one really just doesn't cut it.

Monday ~ I started the week off with a kewl silver holo. 

Tuesday ~  I did my first real freehand nail art which had pumpkins & spider webs. 

Wednesday ~ The MABB girls & I told y'all our favorite things about beauty products.   

Thursday ~ Sheer Pastel Pink glided on for Breast Cancer Awareness. 

Friday ~ I went  shiny & matte with a pink gradient for Breast Cancer Awareness. 

This upcoming week I have some nail art for Halloween for y'all.  I actually have a few of those posts I need to type up.  Hopefully I'll get some swatching done.  I have a wedding in the mountains to go to next weekend and I'm planning to hit up the apple festival too.  Now I must go finish up my WoW dailies as I have just under an hour to get them done.

I decided to go kinda geeky with my funny pic of the week.  :D

This past week, I spent some time between playing Mists of Pandaria and working on some future posts.  I still haven't leveled any of my WoW toons to 90 yet, but I'm enjoying the new content so far.  Well, other than Horde ganking me every few minutes or so.  Yes, I play Alliance.  Yesterday I met my sister at the mall & took her into Lush for her first experience.  I picked up a sample of Coal Face to try.  I'm almost out of Fresh Farmacy and thought I'd give it a chance before getting more.  My sister picked up a Cupcake face mask.  I'm hoping she likes it as much as I do.  I did find out that next weekend, my store will be getting their Halloween/pumpkin stuff in.  So I can't wait for that. 

Monday ~ Black Cherry Chutney might be my new fav vampy shade. 

Tuesday ~  Disturbia added itself into my HUGE stash of purples.

Wednesday ~ The MABB girls & I made a small announcement about our questions. 

Thursday ~ #437 reminded me of piCture pOlish VooDoo. 

Friday ~ I went Black & Sparkly for y'all.

This upcoming week I have some nail art for Halloween & Breast Cancer Awareness month for y'all.  I can't wait to see what y'all think about them.

This past week has been just blah yet again.  We've all been sick with the crud, but I'm the only one who hasn't run a fever....yet.  This is on top of everything else.  So I've not been 100% lately.  I'm so thankful that some of my fall shows have started back up.  There are others that start next month & even more that come back in November.  I'm still trying to get used to my shorter hair.  I have to remind myself not to use so much product.

Tuesday ~  Deluxe Chocolate gleamed on my nails.     

Wednesday ~ The MABB girls & I answered how we named our blogs. 

Thursday ~ Naughty & Nice got checked off my wishlist.

This week I'm looking forward to a few things.  Including the return of NCIS.  I'm hoping that I start feeling more myself as well.

My round-up for this week.


I forgot to take a before picture, but here's an after....my new haircut.  I went for a pixie cut.  I was so very tired of dealing with it and having overly dry ends no matter what I did.  It's just so much easier, for me, when it's shorter.

This is honestly the shortest I've EVER had my hair.  I'm still trying to adjust to it.

I'm still feeling kinda "blah" both physically and emotionally.  I did get out of the house yesterday and get some necessities for the house.  I also picked up some glue to try the easy way for glitter removal.  If you haven't heard, here's what I'm talking about.  My dad also came up yesterday & spent the night.


Monday ~ Chocolate Ganache = <3

Tuesday ~  I finally got around to using Coral Stone.   

Wednesday ~ The MABB girls & I gave our thoughts on nail polish trends. 

Thursday ~ Play 'Til Midnight partied its way into my life. 

Friday ~ #79 a red jelly slid on my nails & into a Dorothy sammich. 


This week is just another week & as usual nothing is planned.

This past week, I was able to get through a small bit of my untrieds & actually got some posts ready to go for the next few weeks.  I've been in a bit of weird pain lately, different than I'm used to.  On top of that, the kiddo has been sick.  Tons of fun in my house.  On a good note, my Dawgs beat Mizzou!!!

Monday ~ A new(to me) Wet N Wild Megalast polish made its way onto my nails. 

Tuesday ~  Digital Dawn hopped into my stash.  Love my holo's.

I don't have anything planned this upcoming week.  I'm just hoping the kiddo is well enough to go back to school tomorrow and that my pain eases away.  I wish I was going to the UGA game on Saturday to see the new mascot, UGA IX being inducted.

I absolutely LOVE Paula Deen & her boys are hot.  I still have not been to her restaurant, but have had the opportunity to see her at a cooking show and try the double chocolate gooey butter cake she made.  It was amazeballz.

This past week was a bit stressful.  I've been dealing with some personal things that also included insomnia & migraines.  I had a friend pass away unexpectedly and suddenly.  This weekend has been a busy one. On a good note, my football team(UGA) won yesterday!!!!

Monday ~ My nails were Too Hot Pink To Hold 'Em.

Tuesday ~  I showed off my first Funky Fingers polish. 

Wednesday ~ The MABB girls & I answered what our favorite big name polish brands are. 

Thursday ~ I played with some dotting tools for a denim & pink look. 

Friday ~ My first UGA inspired mani of this football season!


This coming week will be pretty laid back.  I don't have anything planned other than changing tv/internet companies.  I also need to get some more posts done as I'm starting to run out of drafted posts.  The past few weeks, I've really been slacking....BUT I did rearrange my mani area & even made room for the Helmer that I'll have to save to get.

This past week was another pretty chill week.  I've been doing a LOT of cleaning and re-arranging.  I have a TON of stuff that is ready to go to Goodwill after going through the munchkins toys.  I usually do that about once a year.  Yesterday he & I spent the afternoon together doing a little bit of shopping and picked some library books out for him.  I also picked up a few more polishes for my giveaway stash which seems to be growing....just waiting for me to give them away.  Then the rest of the day was spent with my BFF just walking around a mall....and I didn't get ANYTHING!  Shocking, I know. 

Monday ~ I swatched 3 awesome Ebalay polishes from KKcenterHk....Orchid, Golden Blue, & Medium Purple. 

Tuesday ~ A pretty layering combo with some amazing Fall colors. 

Wednesday ~ The Metro Atlanta Beauty Bloggers(MABB) answered how old we were when we got into make-up. 

Thursday ~ I finally got around to swatching a pretty pink OPI that I've had for a while. 

Friday ~ I fell in LOVE with Jawbreaker. 



This coming week/weekend is going to be pretty exciting.  Some friends that have been working out of town for a while will FINALLY be coming back home, so I get to hang with them again.  Though one of them has already told me I have to show him how to work his new phone.  College football starts back up & I'm ready to see the DAWGS play again!  And even though plans haven't yet been finalized, I'm supposed to be meeting some wonderful ladies for lunch next Sunday.

That picture is SO me.  The weather is still summery, but there's slight changes that let me know fall is just around the corner & I can't wait. 

Yesterday I went to a family cookout which included about 30 or so people.  There were some people not there that I missed, but we still had fun.  I posted a few pics on Instagram.  The past week was pretty chill and I got a few things done including going through the kiddos toys to donate them to Goodwill.  Since his birthday and Christmas are right around the corner, it's the perfect time to purge and make room for more things.

Tuesday ~ Houston We Have A Purple blasted itself into my collection.

This week's funny picture.

This past week I got the kiddo ready to start school.  Between that and rain it was one crazy week.  Last night I saw a few parts of the meteor shower, but not much.  I did have fun hanging out in the middle of the road with my neighbors though.

Tuesday ~ A layering combo with an awesome Sinful Colors polish.

So, this past week I've pretty much been relaxing from vacation and trying to get everything together for the kiddo to start school next week. I've totally slacked on couponing lately, so I've been trying to get my binder full again with those for shopping. Yesterday I went with the BFF to the Flea Market. We saw some cute puppies & noticed that while looking at food places, like 90% of the signs were written in Spanish. Friday I took the munchkin to the dentist & he has no cavities!  The even better thing is I'm now a part of Metro Atlanta Beauty Bloggers AKA MABB, be sure to check us out!
