Myviven polishes from KKCenterHk

Sorry for the later than normal posts lately, but today I have two polishes from KKCenterHk to show y'all.  :D

First up, we have PA08 which is listed as a plum red.

3 coats, no top coat

3 coats, no top coat
To me this is more of a mauve/rose with golden shimmer.  It is very sheer.  This retails for $10USD on their website.

Next up is PA16.  This was a PITA to photograph, so I have a few.  This is listed as a metallic with purple dots.

3 coats, no top coat

3 coats, no top coat

1 coat over 3 coats of Spoiled Checkin' Into Rehab, no top coat
This is a pinkish/purple glitter in a taupe-y/gold glittery metallic base.  It is definitely better as a layering polish.  When I did layer it, it looks more silver.  Unfortunately, this is currently sold out but it does retail for $10USD.

I loved that the brush handles on these were sorta textured like Orly, and easy to grip.

As always, if you purchase from KKCenterHk.com, use code trailerhoodchic for 10% off.

Black & Sparkly

Today I'm knocking 2 untrieds off my list.  w00t!

flash

I started off with 2 coats of Ouqian #100 (from KKCenterHk) with no top coat.  This is a black Jelly that is more like a cream.  I could've gotten away with 1 coat though.  I did have a few bubble issues, but I think I globbed it on a little thick with the 2nd coat.  This is currently listed as sold out in the website, but retails for $7.50USD.

Then, I noticed I had more bubbles on the middle and ring finger so I put one coat of China Glaze Some Like It Haute over top.  It's a charcoal-ish base with micro glitter & round holo glitters.  I wasn't sure how I would feel about it, but I really like it & I'm glad I didn't get rid of it.  This is from last years Eye Candy collection.

I'll definitely have to wear both of these again.

**Edit:  I accidentally posted these without a watermark.  I have corrected that.

Red Jelly Sammich!!! GO DAWGS!

Earlier today I showed y'all Ouqian #79.  Now I just had to make a jelly sammich with it.

So, below I used 2 coats of NYX Dorothy on my middle & ring fingers over top of my previous mani.  It's a black based jelly with small red & red hex glitters.  It's been said that Dorothy is a dupe of Deborah Lippmann Ruby Red Slippers.  I don't have the DL, but this is good enough for me. :D

Then I layered another coat of 79 over top of Dorothy.

It just evens it out.  I absolutely LOVE it.

Ouqian #79 Red Jelly from KKCenterHk

This is the first of two posts I have scheduled for today.  I just recently received a few more polishes from KKCenterHk for review.  I've been wanting a red jelly very much badly, so I immediately went to this as soon as I saw it.

flash
Above is 2 layers of this polish with no top coat.  It's an orangy red and not as sheer as most jellies, but it still works.  I would have been a little happier had it been blue based....BUT this almost fills my craving for a red jelly polish.

You can order this HERE on KKCenterHk for $7.50 and use my coupon code "trailerhoodchic" for 10% off.

Later on today I'll show you some layering I did with this polish.  :D

Ebalay Medium Purple A11 from KKCenterHk

Lastly, for today's posts, I have Medium Purple to show y'all.  As with the other two polishes, I would definitely recommend putting this over a base color.  You can choose what you want to use, but I've used white & black.

Here's 2 coats of Medium Purple over 2 coats of Sally Hansen Lavender Cloud.  This is one that's more true to the bottle.  It's a purple/blue duo-shimmer.  No top coats were used in the swatching of this color.

I really liked this over white, but had to see it over black too...

So here is one thick coat of Medium Purple over 1 coat of Wet N Wild Black Creme. You can see the purple/blue duo-shimmer even better.

IMO, this looks way better than A07, but it looks almost the same. I think this is my favorite of the three.

The bottle is similar to an OPI bottle, but there are differences.  Not to mention that there's more polish also.

Be sure to go check out KKCenterhk and look at their awesome selection of polishes, makeup, lashes, and more.  Don't forget to use the code "trailerhoodchic" for 10% off.  :D  This retails for $7.24USD.

Ebalay Golden Blue A07 from KKCenterHk

Up next is the 2nd Ebalay polish I received.  This one is named Golden Blue.  It's definitely different in the bottle vs on the nails & WAY different on a base color.

First up, I used 2 coats of Golden Blue over 2 coats of Sally Hansen Lavender Cloud.  No top coats.  It looks kinda like an olive/blue shimmer.  You can see it looks way different in the bottle.

Here's 1 thick coat of Golden Blue over 1 coat of Wet N Wild Black Creme.  If I didn't have the bottle in the shot, you'd never believe this was the same polish I used above.  It looks more blue/purple duochrome shimmer.

Honestly, I just feel kinda "meh" about this one.

The bottle is similar to an OPI bottle, but there are differences.  Not to mention that there's more polish also.  Stay tuned for last of three polishes I received.

Ebalay Orchid A04 from KKCenterHk

I recently received a few Ebalay polishes from KKCenterHk to review & since I have so many pictures of them, I'm doing 3 posts today....one for each polish.

So, up first is Orchid(A04).  This is a top coat polish, meaning you'd layer it over a base.  Otherwise, you'd have to do several coats for any sort of opaqueness.  It's a shimmery duochrome....or what I"m going to call a duo-shimmer.  In the bottle, it appears a pink/gold, but way different on the nail.

Below, is 2 coats of Orchid over 2 coats of Sally Hansen Lavender Cloud(which is a very slightly off white polish).  No top coats.

Over LC, it looks just pink-ish, but in person it also appears to have a slightly purple shimmer.  I really like the effect the flash gave it.

Now I have 1 thick coat of Orchid over 1 coat of Wet N Wild Black Creme.  No top coats.

As you can see, it's completely different over black.  It's purple/pink/gold.  I couldn't stop staring at this either.

The bottle is similar to an OPI bottle, but there are differences.  Not to mention that there's more polish also.  Stay tuned for the other two!!!
