Glow In The Dark Halloween Leopard
When sitting down to work on some Halloween mani's, the colors for this one jumped out at me. For some reason I thought immediately to do an animal print of some form. This is my first leopard print as well.
I started off with 2 coats of NYC French White as a base, 3 coats of OPI Zom-body To Love. Then I used China Glaze Riveting for the spots & applied them with a dotting tool. Then using a nail art brush I drew the lines on using Zoya Suri.
