I started with 2 coats of OPI Moon Over Mumbai. Then used a dotting tool and globbed on KleanColor Blood. As you can see I went in different directions with the polish. I didn't use any top coat.
When trying to clean up my cuticles, I kinda goofed on one of my nails and removed a big chunk of polish. So, I just went and pulled some polish off of each nail with my brush & acetone. Then I lightly brushed down/up each nail depending on how the dripping blood went to smear it out a little.
I like how it looks kinda sickly & twisted all at the same time.
P.S. My Birthday is a month away!!!
