My birthday is not until November, but I usually try to ask for my gift from my dad as soon as I know what I want. Especially since he has 6 birthdays in Nov/Dec plus Christmas to buy gifts for.
What is it? A lens hood, UV filter, and macro lens for my DSLR. I wanted this for a few different reasons & I even paid for part of it with gift cards.
All of these came from Amazon. I had $35 in gift cards that I earned from Swagbucks, so after using those it was under $100 for everything, which was nice.
If you don't have a Swagbucks account, I highly suggest signing up & earning points. You can redeem 450SB's for a $5 Amazon gift card. AND you can stack multiple cards, like I did, for bit purchases or for those high dollar polishes/beauty products. I think (and I could be wrong), that if you sign up soon they give you like 100SB's(swagbucks). I have the toolbar installed & use it to search for EVERYTHING to get those points!
Enough of my babbling. So, from now on I'll be using this lens to take my blog pictures unless I'm lazy and use my phone(only when it's not important to see colors & stuff like that).
