Now, I left off with the pink/orange/yellow looking hair, which once dry looked like this.
Really, it's not too bad, but just wasn't me. So I read online how to remove color without chemicals. I mixed some shampoo with crushed up vitamin c pills & let it sit on my hair for about 45 minutes. I probably could've done it longer, but it was dripping out of the cap & down my neck soaking a towel. I washed that out & used conditioner and this is the result.
I didn't get it all out, but I got a good bit out. By this time I was just frustrated & went with L'Oreal Mega Browns in Truffle. I'd previously used it HERE and had it this color before I put the red on the first time.
This is what it looked like after Truffle.
Sorry my hair was still a slight bit wet in this picture, but you can see the purple.
But wait........there's more..........you just have to wait until next week!!! LoL
TOODLES Y'ALL!!!
This is by far better than the last two posts on fail friday . I'm sorry you're having such a hard time . This color is cute though .
ReplyDeleteOMG this brings me back to high school when I tried to lighten my hair with summer blonde and it turned white! I tried to redye later that evening and then it turned green and purple--very duochromey actually. I ended up frying my hair and had to get it all chopped off! I feel for you!!!
ReplyDeleteTruffle is gorgeous on you! Is there a better color that you're trying to show us in the next post?
