Mally Believable Bronzer - Swatches & Review

*Press Sample*

Hey y'all!  Today I have a review and swatches of the Believable Bronzer palettes from Mally Beauty.  I have both shades & even though I'm fair/light I can still use both.

Mally Beauty Believable Bronzer (retails for: $49.50): The secret is in using these three powders to achieve that glow-from-within look--a tanning powder for all over color, a shimmer to highlight, and a beautiful sun-kissed shade that's designed to make your cheeks glow. Unlike traditional bronzers, there is no shimmer in Mally Beauty’s bronzer formula. Instead, the bronzer works in tandem with a warm blush and a sheer shimmer. This allows you to apply color and highlights specific areas of your face, as the sun naturally does, instead of all over. Shades are available in Lighter and Deeper.

Bronzer, Highlighter, and Blush on bare skin
Glowing Golden Bronze is more suited for medium to deep skin tones.  However as you can tell, it's not overly dark.  The bronzer is beautifully matte and can be used to contour the eyes in the crease.  The blush is matte also, and you can go as light or heavy with it as you want.  It's not too overpowering of a pink.  The highlighter adds a satiny golden glow.

Bronzer, Highlighter, Blush over bare skin.
Sexy Golden Tan is much lighter and suited for fair to medium skin tones.  The blush and bronzer are both matte while the highlighter is subtly satin.  The blush is a much more baby pink shade and the highlighter is a gorgeous champagne color.

Both sets came with a powder brush to apply the bronzer and a double-ended brush for the highlighter and blush.  You can see the demo HERE on the Mally website for instructions on how to apply.

Here you can see I applied the Sexy Golden Tan trio and it's barely noticeable.  I actually like this WAY better than what I've been using because with this I don't have to be UBER careful to not apply too much or cover if I do.  The powders are so soft and buttery that I honestly didn't even have to blend.   The highlighters aren't overly shimmery either, it gives a nice subtle glow.

The ONLY negative thing I can say about this is that if you like the blush, there's no information on the packaging or the website if you need a refill or want to purchase as a gift.

That being said, the packaging is awesome, IMO.  It's a beautiful pink satin metal with a sleek design.  The mirror inside is the same size as the palette which is perfect to throw in your travel bag or purse.  Each individual "shade" is removable so if you need refills you can pop them out and replace easily.

Have you tried Mally products yet?  What's your favorite?

  1. Great review! I've heard a lot of people say they like the face palette and I can see why. It looks like a great staple to have.

  2. Nicw review! The bronzer looks really nice and natural! I hate those with orange tones, look so artificial. I didn't know this brand but it sounds like something worth trying!
