Win Or Fail Nails - What The Fringe!?!

Hey y'all.  So since this is my 2nd WoF post, I might make it into a series.  This is kind of when I start out with one thing in mind and it goes WAY wrong, but still looks good to me.  I used to do Fail Friday, but that just didn't last long as I just got tired of failing. 

Since I'm trying to do more nail art, I'm looking EVERYWHERE for inspiration.  I saw a fringe flapper dress that was way too cute & wanted to translate that to my nails.  It didn't quite work out, but looks great anyway.  At least I think so.

For the base, I used Sinful Colors Snow Me White.  The gray is Sally Hansen Grey Area and OPI Skull & Glossbones mixed....S&G was a little too beige-y & GA was a little too dark.  And as always, the black is Wet N Wild Black Creme, I have tons of these laying around as I get them when WnW is BOGO.  I just randomly brushed the stripes on with a nail art brush, doing the gray and then the black.

Wasn't quite fringe looking, but cute nonetheless.
