Perlier Imperial Honey Body Butter

Hey y'all!  Today I have this wonderful body butter to tell y'all about & I'll let you know now, I'm obsessed.  This is the Imperial Honey Body Butter by Perlier.  First I'll tell you the benefits, then why I love it.

What it is:
This marvelous melting body butter from the rare honey of Black Bees, combined with Royal Jelly, is a true beauty formulation. It nourishes the skin with moisture, leaving it pleasantly scented with the sensual notes of Honey and Oriental woods. Perfect to moisturize the skin in the harsh winter and summer months. Made in Italy.

Why are Black Bees so special? The Black Sicilian bee has African origins but it is different from African bees because of its docility and productivity. They are known to produce honey that possess phenols in quantities 10 greater and higher antioxidant property than what has been recorded so far for the same types of honey produced by other subspecies of bees from Sicily and from other Italian and foreign regions. So these little bees have invaluable potential to produce excellent quality that you won´t be able to get anywhere else in the world. 

Why I love it:

Most body moisture products annoy me because it they take forever to absorb, they love to sit on the skin, or I feel like I need to put more on just a few hours later.  Not with this.  I'm horrible at skipping lotion all together because I just hate having to take a ton of time to rub it in.  Again, not with this.   

This is a thick body butter without those annoyances above.  I put this on as soon as I get out of the shower and my skin drinks it up.  By drinks, I mean it doesn't sit on the skin, it goes right in.  It has a wonderful scent of honey which I love and isn't overpowering, but you know it's there.  When I have this on, I have been known to sniff my arms all day.  The first time I used it on my legs I noticed how it made my skin look so much more alive & how soft it felt even hours(into the next day) later.
