I know I'm a little behind with these, but I did get them later than normal and all that jazz. I'll try to keep this post short and simple. Be sure to check back later today to see some nail art I did using some of these.
Chyna - A red sugared sparkle. There is, what appears to me, a deeper undertone to this that is almost black. Making this right up my alley. This could easily be ok with 2 coats, but I used 3.
Dahlia - Black with the sugared sparkle. It almost looks like pavement. This could easily be ok with 2 coats, but I used 3.
Godiva - A neutral nude sugared sparkle. I, myself, associate Godiva with chocolate....though I'm sure this is for Lady Godiva. I feel that this would be a perfect interview shade for us nail polish lovers who need a little umpfh to our mani's.
London - Gray sugared sparkle. Appropriately named for fog in London. This could easily be ok with 2 coats, but I used 3.
Nyx - A gorgeous "periwinkle" sugared sparkle. This is more of a blue/gray. LUUUUUUUURRRRRRRVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEE.
Vespa - Minty green sugared sparkle. The name makes me think of Princess Vespa from Spaceballs. Now I'm going to have to watch that movie again. LoLz.
All of these were 3 coats. Some were easily opaque with just 2 coats, but I went with 3 just to keep it all even. I didn't use any top coat, though you could and make these look totally different. I didn't have any problems with application or with the feel.
Drying time is a little longer than normal unless you want to possibly try the sandwich method of one coat of Pixie Dust, then a quick dry topcoat, and finish it off with another coat of Pixie Dust. I'm unsure if anyone has tried that yet. If you have, please let me know how it worked for you.
Again, be sure to check back later today to see some nail art that I did using 3 of these. :D
Do you have any of these yet? If so, which ones and did you like them as much as I did?
~Note: These items were sent for my 100% honest review/opinion.
