Hard Candy - Masquerade & Fun N' Festive

Next up from the newly released Hard Candy polishes is 2 from the Crystal Confetti collection.  Masquerade & Fun N' Festive.  I did have to use an underwear shade for these as they are sheerly based, but I had no issues with either of them.

Masquerade - 1 coat with topcoat over a white and black cream base.  This was a surprise for me.  It's a clear base with matte black micro glitter & pink hex glitter.  As you can see over black, it almost looks like a textured polish with glitter.  It's packed, but not annoyingly so.

Fun N' Festive - 2 coats with topcoat over a black cream.  A sheer black jelly base with small green, medium orange hex, & large gold hex glitters.  I really like this as it reminds me of St. Patty's colors.....BUT I would much rather prefer it with a sheer base so it could be layered over some different shades, like an orange or a lighter green.  Maybe it's just me.


These retail for $3.97(though mine has them for $4.00) at Wal-Mart stores and should be available on walmart.com soon.
