Fuggen Ugly Nookie Valentine

This idea I had in mind didn't quite turn out how I planned, but I still wanted to share it. 

First up, is Nookie from Laqa & Co.  Nookie is a beautiful bright pinky berry creme.  This easily could be a one coater, but I used 2 thin coats with a top coat. 

I wish I had remembered to take a picture of the box because the artwork is pure awesome. 


Then I grabbed a few ManGlaze polishes and went to town with my dotting tool and a brush.  I used Fuggen Ugly, Matte Is Murder, and Mayo.  

I used a top coat, but for my index and pinky fingers I used China Glaze Matte Magic. 

Then, I went over the others and made them all matte.

In case you can't read from the curve of my nail, my middle finger stays "F U L<3VE"  My ring finger was supposed to be hearts using reinforcement holes, but they didn't stick well and the whole thing kinda looked funky, so I played around with it. 

While it's not what I planned, it's still friggen awesome in my book.  And not too shabby for pretty much freehanding everything.  I hope everyone, single or taken, has a great day and all that jazz.  We're planning to go see A Good Day To Die since he has the day off.
