Bare Escentuals Eyeshadow Swatches

I have a LOT of BE shadows.  For the longest time that's all I wore.  I'm including them all in one post and I've separated them.  I checked their website, and only half of the ones I have show as available.  The other half aren't on their website, but you may be able to find them on E-Bay.

I tried their primer ages ago & didn't like it, so I gave up.  I like the colors, but when used with a good primer (such as UDPP), they look completely different.  For example, Pacific Heights looks more gray without primer but with primer looks grurple.

Here's swatches of the ones that are available....

I absolutely LOVE Black Ruby as a liner.  It's looking brown in the swatch, but it's like a black/red.  I've used this wet before as just a shadow for many of my UGA themed looks & <3 it.  Pacific Heights is awesome for a smokey look with 1990's (below).  Also, Well Rested or Purist in the inner corner...just OMG.

Now to the HTF's, hard to find.  Since most of my BE purchases were made from QVC, these may or may not be available through them or EBay.  I found that when I was purchasing BE, I ordered it mostly though QVC as I could get more items for just the price of one or 2.  About the only thing I ever purchased separately were the foundation, Envy (I needed it for St. patty's), and Black Ruby (Above).

As with Pacific Heights, 1990's looks purple over primer but more like black without primer.  All the other shades in the HTF are wonderful neutral shades.  For the longest time I'd only wear neutrals or the dark smokey eye.  That was until recently when I decided to start playing with more color.

The only thing I don't like about BE is it can and sometimes does get messy.  Other than that, it's wonderful in every way.  It lasts forever, but I find you only get great color payoff with primer.

TOODLES Y'ALL!!!
