Hey y'all! Today I have half of the China Glaze City Flourish Collection to share. I'll get right to it and ramble later because it's pic heavy....I took over 200 photo's & narrowed it down to 3 each.
Don't Honk Your Thorn - 2 coats with top coat. This is a gorgeous light nude-y shade with a subtle shimmer. Strangely, I LOVE it. Work friendly, but still has a little spunk to it.
Spring In My Step - 3 coats with top coat. This is a milky pastel pink cream, almost neon pastel. I had to use 3 coats because it does apply a little streaky, and it dries flat....so it definitely needs a top coat. I used this as a base color in some upcoming nail art, so be sure to look out for that. :D
In A Lily Bit - 2 coats with top coat. Such a pretty pastel purple cream. Like Spring In My Step, it's a little milky and streaky, but not as bad. I also used this as a base color for some upcoming nail art.
Petal To The Metal - 2 coats with top coat. A warm, almost neon, pink/coral cream. I only have one other coral-y color and I'm beginning to love them. Great for summer toes :D
Strike A Rose - 2 coats with top coat. Bright watermelon pink with shimmer. As I was swatching this, I thought..."I need this on my toes NOW!" I ended up doing a design, which is rare...but this baby is my next pedi color.
Thistle Do Nicely - 2 coats with top coat. This electric pink cream is UBER bright. As you can probably tell, my camera had a hard time photographing it, but it's pretty darn close without any editing. I actually have this as a base color with a design on my toes right now and it's blinding. I actually didn't have much of an issue with this for it being a neon.
Overall, I'm kinda torn with this collection. I feel it's a little heavy on the pink's. I know the other half has other colors, but at least 5/12 pink? Some were a pain to apply, but totally worth it. With the exception to Don't Honk Your Thorn, as far as the ones I received, they're all pretty bright(even the pastel ones) which I LOVE!
Make sure to keep an eye out for a couple of nail art designs I did with these.

Some pretty cremes! I like that it goes from soft wearable shades to more bolder bright ones :)
