You may think, oh this is just a black polish.....but it's more. I picked up a bunch of WnW polishes at Rite Aid several months ago when they had them BOGO Free. The Fast Dry polishes retail for $1.99, but why not get it on sale? LoL.
I'm showing this, because I'm sure that either this or the Wild Shine in Black Cream will be the base for a LOT of my Footbal Friday mani's. Those are the only two black's that I own and they're so inexpensive that you can afford to get a LOT of them.
Not only can this color be used to add to, but you can add this on just the tips to make a great funky french. The uses are limitless.
All pics below are 2 coats of Ebony Hates Chris, base coat, and SH Insta-Dri top coat. It's just so shiny alone that I forgot to take pics of just the polish before I added TC. I liked it so much that I even mentioned on FB that you can't go wrong with black polish. I think it looks great, even on my short nails. The brush on this was so amazing that I only had 2 tiny spots to clean up and I wiped that off with my thumb.
What's your favorite black polish?
TOODLES Y'ALL!!!
The only one I have is OPI onyx and I like it.
ReplyDeleteThis is definitely my favorite black polish too! My mom got me a bottle on clearance for $0.25 at CVS at the beginning of the summer, and I didn't try it out for a month because I didn't think it's be so great. I was so surprised when I actually tried it! I will never love another black polish as much as this one!
ReplyDeleteHow opaque is this polish? I own two blacks but they are kinda sheer. A nice opaque one for mani's and hopefully stamping would be great!
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty opaque. I probably could've gotten away with 1 coat, but I did really thin coats and had to use 2. I've heard that the Wet N Wild Wild Shine in Black Cream is an awesome one for stamping. I have several of that one, but haven't tried it yet.
ReplyDeleteOMG what a gothic black. LOVE. ♥
