Why? IDK. I put it on & was just kinda "meh". I didn't really like how it looked on me. I did happen to snatch a few pictures before taking it off and putting the bottle in my Swap pile. It only made it onto 4 nails with 2 coats each. Luckily I didn't even waste any base coat.
Don't get me wrong, I love Zoya polishes, but this one is just NOT for me. Jules was the same way, but she only made it onto one nail and no pictures. Again, just not for me.
Anyway, here's pictures of Zoya Dove. This is 2 coats with nothing else. All taken under my "natural daylight lamp" without flash.

I got this during one of their promotions and I feel the same way. I haven't even put it on. It is very meh, isn't it?
